What's a Pretty Jane?

Pretty Jane is a one-woman clothing and craft design studio offering Euro and 50s-inspired children's clothing for infants through tweens. Pretty Jane clothing sports a retro feel and a sense of humor, a return to clothes that make children look like children: classic shapes in great fabrics for new, modern designs with spunk. For boys and girls, every style is limited-run, high quality and entirely hand-made from natural fibers with one-of-a-kind, couture detailing to create stylish clothes that beg to be handed down. I'm proud to introduce you to all the things I love, and hope you like what you see! There's always a little of this and a little of that, and stuff for moms, too. Explore the website, shop a little, read a little, let us know you dropped by. If you're anywhere near Atlanta any time soon, Pretty Jane also retails at local boutiques such as Beehive Co-op, as well as trunk shows in homes across the Southeast.

What's a trunk show, and how does it work?

Trunk shows are relaxed, enjoyable ways to shop for unique, exclusive designs custom made for the children you love. They are invitation-only events in the comfort of your home, and offer shoppers the chance to linger, examine, and enjoy the company of others. Clients place orders for styles that are always “one of a few,” or can buy samples right off the rack. Trunk show hostesses determine their guest list, arrange invitations, prepare refreshments, and collect a commission equal to 10% of total sales, redeemable as cash or merchandise credit.
